About George Huff
George Huff, a New Orleans native, began singing at the age of five. His sang his first solo in church. However, growing up in the New Orleans French Quarter, he was exposed to and influenced by both sacred and secular artists: Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Daryl Coley, Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder, just to name a few.

After graduating from high school, George attended the University of Oklahoma on a music scholarship. There he participated in and won rave review for his perfomances the school's operatic productions. After completing three years of study at the University of Oklahoma, George entered the Season 3 American Idol competition and became on of the top 5 contestants. In addition to singing (including singing opera), George's talents include writing music, playing the piano and acting. George has co-written at six songs on his current album, Miracles. Way to go George!
