In Part 3, Reba is surprised by the appearance of her sister, Alice, and her brother, Pake. Reba's three neices sing with their father, Pake in Part 4. In Part 5, Reba is further surprised by the appearance of and performance by her baby sister, Gospel music artist, Suzie McEntire-Eaton. Reba and siblings perform a song as The Singing McEntires in Part 6. In Part 7, Reba is surprised by the appearance of her parents. In Part 8, Reba closes out the show singing Why Haven't I Heard from You.
